1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome. This website is owned and operated by Paulina, an Independent Farmasi Beauty Influencer ("we"). This is NOT the official Farmasi corporate website. By using this site or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Independent Contractor Status

We are an Independent Beauty Influencer for Farmasi in Canada. We do not manufacture products, handle shipping, or process official enrolments. Purchases and Beauty Influencer registration are completed directly on the official Farmasi Canada website (www.farmasi.ca), to which we redirect you.

3. Age Requirement

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory (18 or 19) to use this site, purchase products, or enrol as a Beauty Influencer.

4. Consent to Communications (CASL)

By providing your phone number and email and checking the consent box, you provide express consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to receive marketing and informational communications by email, SMS, and phone. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or enrolment. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" to texts or "Unsubscribe" in emails.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

References to 50% commission, team building, or potential income are illustrative and reflect the Farmasi Compensation Plan. There is no guarantee of income. Success requires effort, time, and dedication; individual results vary, and most participants earn modest or no income.

6. Intellectual Property

Content we create is our property. The "Farmasi" name, logos, and product images are the intellectual property of Farmasi and used under the guidelines for Independent Beauty Influencers.

7. Limitation of Liability

This site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this site. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable provincial consumer protection law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory in which you reside and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide via our forms: first and last name, email, phone, and your preference (Customer or Beauty Influencer). We also automatically collect technical data (IP address, approximate location from IP, browser type, interaction data).

2. How We Use Your Information (PIPEDA)

We handle your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws, to: contact you about your Farmasi inquiry; help you complete registration on the official Farmasi Canada website; send marketing communications (with your consent, withdrawable); and analytics and marketing improvement.

3. Cookies and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to operate the site: Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — measuring site usage and campaign performance via cookies; and Farmasi — when you complete registration or purchase on the official platform, your data is subject to Farmasi's privacy policy.

4. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA you may access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca). To exercise your rights, reply to any of our communications.

5. Children

This site and the business opportunity are not intended for anyone under the age of majority. We delete any data of a minor as soon as we become aware of it.
